🍽️ Baby Food Ratatouille and Minced Meat

Ingredients
- Aubergines 40 g
- Zucchini 50 g
- Potatoes, starchy 50 g
- Water 60 ml
- Beef minced meat 20 g
- Tomatoes, pureed 30 g
- Orange juice 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the aubergine and zucchini thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Peel the potato, wash it again, and also cut into cubes.
- 2. In a pot, bring the aubergine, zucchini, and potato to a boil with water and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the minced meat and pureed tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Drain everything and in the pot, finely puree the vegetables together with the juice and oil. Transfer the ratatouille minced meat puree to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
