🍽️ Baby puree with sweet potato, parsnip and apple

Ingredients
- Parsnips 50 g
- Sweet potatoes 100 g
- Apples, red 50 g
- Rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the parsnips, trim the ends and cut into small pieces. Peel the sweet potatoes too, wash thoroughly and dice. Peel the apple, halve it, remove the core and also dice it.
- 2. In a pot, bring the diced parsnip and sweet potato to a boil with enough water and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the apple and cook for another approx. 5 minutes.
- 3. Afterwards, drain everything and save the cooking water. In the pot, finely puree the parsnip, sweet potato, apple, oil and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water. Transfer the puree from carrot, sweet potato, parsnip and apple into a container, let it cool and then serve.
