  1. 1. Peel the parsnip, trim the ends, and cut into small cubes. Peel the sweet potatoes, wash them, and cut into small pieces. Peel the apple, halve it, remove the core, and also cut into small cubes.
  2. 2. Add about 500 ml of water to the mixing bowl. Steam the sweet potatoes and parsnips in the steaming attachment for 25 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Then drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree the vegetables with oil, orange juice, and 40 ml of the cooking liquid until smooth. Let the baby puree with sweet potato, parsnip, and apple cool down, then transfer to a container and serve.
