🍽️ Baby puree with coley, broccoli and potatoes

Ingredients
- broccoli 100 g
- pollock fillet, frozen 20 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- potatoes, waxy 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel, wash, and dice the potato. Rinse the coley, pat dry, and cut into cubes.
- 2. Pour about 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. Steam the potatoes, broccoli, and coley in the steaming basket for 25 minutes until soft.
- 3. Then drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree everything with oil and 40 ml of the cooking liquid until smooth. Allow the baby puree with coley, broccoli, and potatoes to cool, then transfer and serve.
