🍽️ Baby puree with beetroot, potatoes and cauliflower

Ingredients
- beetroot, pre-cooked 50 g
- cauliflower 50 g
- potatoes, floury 100 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- orange juice 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the beetroot and cut it into small cubes. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and break or cut it into small florets. Peel, wash, and cube the potatoes.
- 2. Pour about 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. Steam the potatoes and cauliflower in the steaming basket for 25 minutes until soft.
- 3. Then drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree the potatoes, cauliflower, and beetroot with oil, orange juice, and 40 ml of the cooking liquid until smooth. Allow the baby puree with beetroot, potatoes, and cauliflower to cool, then transfer to a container and serve.
