🍽️ Baby puree with beetroot, potatoes and cauliflower

Ingredients
- beetroot, pre-cooked 50 g
- cauliflower 50 g
- potatoes, floury 50 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the beetroot and cut it into small cubes. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and break or cut it into small florets. Peel, wash, and cube the potatoes.
- 2. In a pot, bring the beetroot, cauliflower, and potatoes to a boil covered with water, then simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- 3. After cooking, drain everything and save the cooking water. In the pot, finely puree the vegetables with oil and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water. Transfer the beetroot-potato-cauliflower puree to a bowl, let it cool, and serve.
