Ingredients
- Aubergines 40 g
- Zucchini 50 g
- Potatoes, floury 50 g
- Beef mince 20 g
- Tomatoes, pureed 30 g
- Rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- Orange juice 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the aubergine and zucchini thoroughly and cut into small cubes. Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and cut them into cubes as well.
- 2. Fill about 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. In the steam cooking insert, steam the aubergine, zucchini, potatoes, and minced meat for 25 minutes until soft using the steam cooking function.
- 3. Then drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree the vegetables, minced meat, pureed tomatoes, oil, orange juice, and 40 ml of the cooking liquid. Let the vegetable baby food with ratatouille and minced meat cool down, then transfer to a container and serve.
