🍽️ Baby puree with salmon, broccoli and potatoes

Ingredients
- broccoli 100 g
- potatoes, floury-cooking 50 g
- salmon fillet, frozen 20 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly clean the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel, rinse, and dice the potato into small cubes. Rinse the salmon, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into cubes.
- 2. In a pot, bring the broccoli and potatoes covered with water to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Then drain everything, reserving the cooking water. In the pot, blend the vegetables, fish, oil, and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water until smooth. Transfer the salmon-broccoli-potato puree, let it cool, and serve.
