🍽️ Baby puree with potato, spinach and mango

Ingredients
- Mango 50 g
- Spinach 50 g
- Potatoes, floury 50 g
- Rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- Orange juice 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and dice it. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 2. Pour approximately 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. Place the potatoes and spinach in the steaming basket and steam on the steam setting for 25 minutes until soft.
- 3. Then, drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree the potatoes, cauliflower, and beetroot with oil, fruit juice, and 40 ml of the cooking liquid for 20 seconds on speed 8. Allow the baby puree with potato, spinach, and mango to cool, then transfer and serve.
