  1. 1. Peel the carrots, trim the ends and cut into small cubes. Peel the sweet potato and also cut into small cubes. Rinse the cod thoroughly, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the carrots and sweet potatoes to a boil with water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the cod and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Then drain everything and reserve the cooking water. In the pot, finely puree the vegetables, fish, oil and 2–3 tbsp of the cooking water. Transfer the carrot-sweet potato-cod puree, let it cool and serve.
