🍽️ Baby Food with Carrot, Potato and Mango

Ingredients
- Carrots 100 g
- Potatoes, mainly waxy 50 g
- mango 50 g
- Rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- Orange juice 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and cut them into small cubes. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and dice them as well. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and also dice it.
- 2. Pour about 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. Steam the potatoes and carrots in the steaming basket for 25 minutes until they are soft.
- 3. Then drain the cooking liquid. In the mixing bowl, puree the vegetables with the mango, oil, orange juice, and 40 ml of the cooking liquid. Let the baby food cool down, transfer it to a container, and serve.
