🍽️ Baby puree with carrot, potato and mango

Ingredients
- carrots 100 g
- potatoes, floury 50 g
- mango 50 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, trim the ends and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes, wash thoroughly and also dice into small cubes. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit and cut into small cubes.
- 2. In a pot, bring the carrots and potatoes to a boil with water and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the mango and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Then drain everything and reserve the cooking water. In the pot, finely puree the carrots, potatoes, mango, oil and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water. Transfer the carrot-potato-mango puree into a container, let it cool and serve.
