🍽️ Baby porridge with oats, sweet potato and apple

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes 50 g
- Water 200 ml
- Oat flakes, fine 25 g
- Apples, green 50 g
- Rapeseed oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces. In a pot, bring the sweet potato and water to a boil and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until soft. Then add the oats and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel the apple, cut it in half, remove the core, and dice it. Then add the apple and oil to the oats and puree everything finely. Transfer the oatmeal-sweet potato-apple puree to another container, let it cool down, and serve.
