  2. 2. Meanwhile, halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Puree the avocado and banana together in a tall container.
  3. 3. Add the fruit puree to the oat flakes and puree everything finely together. Transfer the oat flakes-banana-avocado porridge into a container, let it cool, and then serve.
