🍽️ Baby puree with chicken, kohlrabi, and potatoes

Ingredients
- kohlrabi 100 g
- potatoes, floury 50 g
- chicken breast fillets 20 g
- orange juice 2 tbsp
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into small pieces. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Rinse the chicken, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into cubes.
- 2. In a pot, bring kohlrabi and potatoes covered with water to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Then drain everything, reserving the cooking water. In the pot, puree the vegetables, chicken, oil, and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water until smooth. Transfer the chicken-kohlrabi-potato puree to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
