  1. 1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into small pieces. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Rinse the chicken, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into cubes.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring kohlrabi and potatoes covered with water to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Then drain everything, reserving the cooking water. In the pot, puree the vegetables, chicken, oil, and 2–3 tablespoons of the cooking water until smooth. Transfer the chicken-kohlrabi-potato puree to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
