🍽️ Baby puree with minced meat, cauliflower and zucchini

Ingredients
- cauliflower 50 g
- zucchini 50 g
- potatoes, floury-cooking 50 g
- beef mince 20 g
- orange juice 2 tbsp
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower and cut or break it into small florets. Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and dice it into small pieces. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes.
- 2. In a pot, bring the vegetables and potatoes covered with water to a boil and simmer for around 10 minutes on low heat. Add the minced meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Then drain the water, reserving the cooking liquid. In the pot, puree the vegetables, potatoes, minced meat, juice, oil, and 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking water until smooth. Transfer the puree to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
