  1. 1. Wash the cauliflower and cut or break it into small florets. Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and dice it into small pieces. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the vegetables and potatoes covered with water to a boil and simmer for around 10 minutes on low heat. Add the minced meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Then drain the water, reserving the cooking liquid. In the pot, puree the vegetables, potatoes, minced meat, juice, oil, and 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking water until smooth. Transfer the puree to another container, let it cool, and then serve.
