- semolina 20 g
- milk 200 ml
- apricots, fresh 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Cook the semolina and milk in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes at 100 °C on speed 2. Meanwhile, wash the apricot, halve it, and remove the pit.
- 2. Remove the semolina porridge from the pot, add the apricots to the mixing bowl, and puree for 20 seconds on speed 8. Let the porridge cool down, transfer it, and serve.
