  1. 1. Bring milk to a boil in a pot. Once it boils, sprinkle in the semolina and let it simmer on low heat while stirring constantly for about 2–3 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, wash the apricots, halve them, remove the pit, and cut them into small pieces. In a pot, bring the apricots to a boil with water. Then puree the apricots with the cooking water.
  3. 3. Mix the semolina porridge with the pureed apricots, let it cool down, and then feed.
