  1. 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Pour the boiling water over the couscous in a bowl and let it swell covered for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel the pear, halve it, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Peel the banana and also cut into small cubes. Puree the pear and banana finely in a tall container.
  3. 3. Mix the oil into the cooked couscous. Transfer the couscous to another bowl, let it cool down a bit and then serve with the banana-pear puree.
