🍰 Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Soy Drink 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados open, remove the pit, take the flesh out of the skin, and cut into coarse pieces. Freeze the avocado pieces for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2. Cut one lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half. In a tall container or with a stand mixer, puree the frozen avocado pieces, sugar, soy milk, and lime juice until creamy.
- 3. Serve in bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
