Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Multigrain bread 8 slices
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado open, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash lightly with a fork. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Wash the basil, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 2. Spread the avocado evenly on the bread slices and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the open-faced toasts with tomato slices and basil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
