Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Butter 1 tbsp.
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Multigrain bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and mash the flesh slightly with a fork while still in the skin.
- 2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs for about 4 minutes until they are sunny-side up, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3. Toast the bread to your liking, spread the avocado mixture evenly on top, season with salt and pepper, place a fried egg on each, and serve.
