🍳 Avocado Bread with Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pc.
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Mushrooms, brown 250 g
- Crusty bread 0.5 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel if necessary and slice them. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, remove the leaves from the stems, and chop finely.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic for about 5 minutes. Season lightly with pepper and deglaze with soy sauce. Stir in the parsley and remove the pan from the heat.
- 3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh from the skin using a spoon. In a bowl, lightly mash the avocado, adding salt and pepper.
- 4. Slice the crusty bread. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread slices and top with the sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!
