  1. 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel if necessary and slice them. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, remove the leaves from the stems, and chop finely.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic for about 5 minutes. Season lightly with pepper and deglaze with soy sauce. Stir in the parsley and remove the pan from the heat.
  3. 3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh from the skin using a spoon. In a bowl, lightly mash the avocado, adding salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Slice the crusty bread. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread slices and top with the sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!
