🍳 Avocado-Tomato-Bread with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Farmhouse mild bread 4 slices
- Cream cheese, plain 120 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Then, slice the avocado into strips.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs for about 4 minutes until they are fried eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3. Toast the bread as desired, spread with cream cheese, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Then, top with the tomato slices and avocado, and place the fried egg on top.
