🍰 Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries

Ingredients
- Raspberries, fresh 200 g
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 8 g
- Almond drink 20 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and let them drain well. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 2. In a tall container, blend the avocado, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and almond drink until smooth. Then chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Serve the avocado chocolate mousse in bowls or on plates, garnished with raspberries.
