🍰 Creamy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- Cashew nuts 30 g
- Coconut oil 1 tsp
- Mint, fresh 15 g
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the cashew nuts.
- 2. Roast the cashew nuts in a pot without added fat over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Place the coconut oil in a warm water bath until it becomes liquid.
- 4. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 5. Pick the mint leaves off the stems.
- 6. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- 7. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 8. Put the avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and liquid coconut oil into a bowl.
- 9. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until you have a smooth mixture.
- 10. Fill the mousse into small jars.
- 11. Garnish the mousse with the roasted cashew nuts and mint leaves.
- 12. Place the jars in the fridge until serving.
