🍳 Toasted sourdough bread with hummus, avocado, and radishes

Ingredients
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Sourdough bread 4 slices
- Radishes 8 pcs
- Spring onions 2 pcs
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Hummus 200 g
- Cress bed 1 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Place the bread slices into the hot pan.
- 3. Fry the bread for two to three minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Remove the green stems and the root ends of the radishes.
- 6. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine slices.
- 7. Also wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 8. Cut off the hard ends at the tips and roots of the spring onions.
- 9. Slice the spring onions diagonally into fine rings.
- 10. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 11. Carefully remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 12. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin using a spoon.
- 13. Cut the avocado flesh into thin wedges or slices.
- 14. Spread the toasted bread slices evenly with hummus.
- 15. Place the avocado slices on the hummus-covered bread.
- 16. Distribute the radish slices evenly over the avocados.
- 17. Sprinkle the fine rings of the spring onions over the top.
- 18. Additionally sprinkle fresh cress over the open sandwiches.
- 19. Season the open sandwich to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 20. Serve the finished breads immediately and enjoy your meal.
