🍳 Avocado Quesadillas with Arugula

Ingredients
- Arugula 60 g
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Wraps 8 pcs
- Gouda, grated 250 g
- Crème fraîche 200 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Ham cubes 125 g
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the arugula under running water.
- 2. Shake the greens dry.
- 3. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 4. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 5. Slice the fruit into thin slices.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat.
- 7. Place a plain wrap into the hot pan.
- 8. Toast the wrap for about 1 minute.
- 9. Flip the wrap once it shows light brown spots.
- 10. Sprinkle some cheese over the surface.
- 11. Toast the wrap for another approx. 1 minute.
- 12. Spread 2 tbsp of crème fraîche onto the wrap.
- 13. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
- 14. Top the wrap with some of the avocado slices.
- 15. Distribute ham cubes over the wrap.
- 16. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the toppings.
- 17. Place a second wrap on top of the filling.
- 18. Flip the quesadilla in the pan.
- 19. Toast the new side for approx. 2 minutes.
- 20. Remove the finished quesadilla from the pan.
- 21. Repeat the process for the remaining quesadillas.
- 22. Plate the quesadillas.
- 23. Garnish them with the prepared arugula.
- 24. Serve the quesadillas immediately.
