🍽️ Creamy Avocado and Lime Dressing

Ingredients
- Avocado 0.5 pc.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Water 150 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Avocado oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the avocado in half.
- 2. Remove the large pit from the avocado half.
- 3. Gently scoop the soft flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 4. Cut the lime in half.
- 5. Squeeze the lime juice fresh.
- 6. Place the avocado in a tall container that fits well in your blender.
- 7. Add two tablespoons of lime juice.
- 8. Add some water.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Blend all ingredients well until they are fine and smooth.
- 11. Let the oil flow slowly into the mixture.
- 12. Stir everything further until the dressing is nicely creamy.
