  1. 1. Rinse the lime thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Halve the shallot, peel it, and dice it finely. Cut the salmon into small cubes as well. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the shallot, salmon, and avocado with 2 tsp lime juice, salt, and pepper, and adjust to taste. Wash the salad and drain it well.
  3. 3. Slice the ciabatta bread. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat and toast the bread slices for about 2 minutes on both sides, lightly salting them. Plate the avocado salmon tartare and garnish with the salad. Serve the ciabatta bread alongside. Enjoy your meal!
