  3. 3. Place the beans in a sieve and rinse them.
  4. 4. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
  6. 6. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin.
  7. 7. Slice the avocado flesh.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the minced meat for about 3 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the onions and garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  12. 12. Add the beans and mix everything well.
  13. 13. Set the pan with the filling aside.
  14. 14. Place the sour cream in a bowl.
  15. 15. Season the sour cream with salt and chili.
  16. 16. Stir the lime juice into the sour cream.
  17. 17. Heat a second frying pan over high heat.
  18. 18. Warm the wraps one by one in the pan without fat.
  19. 19. Heat the wraps for about 30 seconds per side.
  20. 20. Spread the seasoned sour cream onto the warm wraps.
  21. 21. Place the avocado slices and the bean-minced meat mixture on the wraps.
  22. 22. Roll the wraps up tightly.
  23. 23. Serve the finished burritos.
