🍽️ Avocado Minced Meat Burrito

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- kidney beans 200 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- minced meat, mixed 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin pinch
- sour cream 200 g
- chili, ground pinch
- wraps 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into fine cubes.
- 3. Place the beans in a sieve and rinse them.
- 4. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 6. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin.
- 7. Slice the avocado flesh.
- 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 9. Fry the minced meat for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Add the onions and garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 12. Add the beans and mix everything well.
- 13. Set the pan with the filling aside.
- 14. Place the sour cream in a bowl.
- 15. Season the sour cream with salt and chili.
- 16. Stir the lime juice into the sour cream.
- 17. Heat a second frying pan over high heat.
- 18. Warm the wraps one by one in the pan without fat.
- 19. Heat the wraps for about 30 seconds per side.
- 20. Spread the seasoned sour cream onto the warm wraps.
- 21. Place the avocado slices and the bean-minced meat mixture on the wraps.
- 22. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 23. Serve the finished burritos.
