  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut into quarters. Clean the arugula and let it drain. Clean the cucumber as well, cut it lengthwise and cut into pieces. Cut the avocado, remove the pit, loosen the flesh from the skin and dice. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice well with mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in the olive oil.
  3. 3. Toss everything thoroughly with the dressing. Tear the prosciutto cotto into coarse pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Enjoy your meal!
