🍳 Avocado-Cream Cheese Bread with Peanuts

Ingredients
- peanut kernels, roasted and salted 30 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- spring onions 1 pc.
- avocado 2 pcs.
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rustic mild bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Chop peanuts finely. Wash lime thoroughly, halve and squeeze out the juice. Clean spring onion, dry, remove root end and cut into fine rings. Cut avocados, remove pits and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- 2. In a bowl, mix peanuts, spring onions and avocados with cream cheese. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Spread on bread and serve. Enjoy your meal!
