  3. 3. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  4. 4. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  5. 5. Cut the avocado flesh into finger-thick strips.
  6. 6. Drizzle some lime juice over the avocado strips.
  7. 7. Mix flour, salt, and garlic powder on a flat plate.
  8. 8. Beat an egg in a second bowl and whisk it well.
  9. 9. Spread the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
  10. 10. Coat the avocado strips one by one in the flour mixture.
  11. 11. Dip the floured strips into the beaten egg next.
  12. 12. Finally, roll the strips thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
  13. 13. Place the breaded strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  14. 14. Bake the avocado strips in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the fries when they are golden brown.
