Ingredients
- Organic Limes 1 pc
- Avocado 4 pc
- Wheat flour, Type 405 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Garlic, granulated 0.25 tsp
- Eggs 1 pc
- Breadcrumbs 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Squeeze the lime juice into a small bowl.
- 3. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- 4. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 5. Cut the avocado flesh into finger-thick strips.
- 6. Drizzle some lime juice over the avocado strips.
- 7. Mix flour, salt, and garlic powder on a flat plate.
- 8. Beat an egg in a second bowl and whisk it well.
- 9. Spread the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
- 10. Coat the avocado strips one by one in the flour mixture.
- 11. Dip the floured strips into the beaten egg next.
- 12. Finally, roll the strips thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
- 13. Place the breaded strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 14. Bake the avocado strips in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 15. Remove the fries when they are golden brown.
- 16. Serve the avocado fries immediately while hot.
