  1. 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Cook the eggs in the bubbling water for approximately 6 minutes and then let them cool in cold water.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash the flesh slightly in a bowl. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  3. 3. Spread the bread with the avocado. Slice the soft-boiled eggs and top the avocado sandwich with egg, cucumber, and capers. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
