Ingredients
- eggs 4 pcs
- avocado 1 pcs
- mini cucumbers 1 pcs
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- multigrain bread 4 slices
- capers 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Cook the eggs in the bubbling water for approximately 6 minutes and then let them cool in cold water.
- 2. Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash the flesh slightly in a bowl. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 3. Spread the bread with the avocado. Slice the soft-boiled eggs and top the avocado sandwich with egg, cucumber, and capers. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
