  1. 1. Cut the avocado open and remove the pit.
  2. 2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  3. 3. Wash the cilantro thoroughly and pat it dry.
  4. 4. Finely chop the cilantro.
  5. 5. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  7. 7. Place the cream cheese and the avocado in a tall container.
  8. 8. Puree the cream cheese and the avocado together.
  9. 9. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
  10. 10. Season the cream with Tabasco, the chopped cilantro, and salt.
  11. 11. Fill the finished cream into a freezer bag.
  12. 12. Cut a corner of about 1 cm from the bag.
  13. 13. Slice the surimi into thin slices.
  14. 14. Arrange the nachos evenly on a plate.
  15. 15. Pipe the avocado cream onto the nachos.
  16. 16. Decorate the chips with the surimi pieces.
  17. 17. Enjoy the avocado chips immediately.
