Ingredients
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Cilantro, fresh 25 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Cream cheese, plain 50 g
- Tabasco 0.25 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Nachos 200 g
- Surimi sticks 75 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado open and remove the pit.
- 2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 3. Wash the cilantro thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 4. Finely chop the cilantro.
- 5. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
- 7. Place the cream cheese and the avocado in a tall container.
- 8. Puree the cream cheese and the avocado together.
- 9. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
- 10. Season the cream with Tabasco, the chopped cilantro, and salt.
- 11. Fill the finished cream into a freezer bag.
- 12. Cut a corner of about 1 cm from the bag.
- 13. Slice the surimi into thin slices.
- 14. Arrange the nachos evenly on a plate.
- 15. Pipe the avocado cream onto the nachos.
- 16. Decorate the chips with the surimi pieces.
- 17. Enjoy the avocado chips immediately.
