  4. 4. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.

  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  7. 7. Put the green part of the spring onions, the chili, and the cream cheese into a bowl.
  8. 8. Mix these ingredients well together.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the grated lemon zest.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Finely chop the garlic.
  12. 12. Wash the tomato.
  13. 13. Remove the stem from the tomato.
  14. 14. Cut the tomato in half.
  15. 15. Seed the tomato.
  16. 16. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  17. 17. Put the chopped garlic, the white part of the spring onions, and the lemon juice into a bowl.
  18. 18. Mix these ingredients.
  19. 19. Season the mixture to taste.
  20. 20. Rinse the cucumbers.
  21. 21. Slice the cucumbers.
