🍽️ Avocado Burger with Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- spring onions 2 pcs.
- organic lemons 1 pcs.
- chili, ground pinch
- cream cheese, plain 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- vine tomatoes 1 pcs.
- mini cucumbers 2 pcs.
- avocado 1 pcs.
- watercress bed 1 pcs.
- beef mince 600 g
- BBQ herb spice pinch
- mustard 1 tbsp
- rapeseed oil 2 tbsp
- hamburger buns 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the white and green parts of the spring onions separately diagonally into thin rings.
- 3. Rinse the lemon.
- 4. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Put the green part of the spring onions, the chili, and the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 8. Mix these ingredients well together.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the grated lemon zest.
- 10. Peel the garlic.
- 11. Finely chop the garlic.
- 12. Wash the tomato.
- 13. Remove the stem from the tomato.
- 14. Cut the tomato in half.
- 15. Seed the tomato.
- 16. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 17. Put the chopped garlic, the white part of the spring onions, and the lemon juice into a bowl.
- 18. Mix these ingredients.
- 19. Season the mixture to taste.
- 20. Rinse the cucumbers.
- 21. Slice the cucumbers.
- 22. Cut the avocado in half.
- 23. Remove the pit from the avocado.
- 24. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 25. Cut the avocado flesh into thin slices.
- 26. Cut the cress from the bed.
- 27. Put the minced meat into a bowl.
- 28. Season the minced meat with the spice mix, the mustard, salt, and pepper.
- 29. Form four patties (burger meats) from the meat mixture.
- 30. Put oil in a frying pan.
- 31. Heat the oil over medium to high heat.
- 32. Fry the patties for about four minutes per side.
- 33. Cut the buns in half.
- 34. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the inside of the buns.
- 35. Place the avocado on the bottom bun halves.
- 36. Place the patties on the avocado.
- 37. Place the cucumber slices on the patties.
- 38. Add the tomato salsa on top of the cucumber slices.
- 39. Sprinkle the burgers with the cress.
- 40. Place the top bun halves on top.
- 41. Serve the burgers.
