  1. 1. Rinse the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with 1–2 tbsp lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the arugula and drain it well.
  2. 2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Then slice the avocado halves lengthwise into very thin slices, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread the bread with the cream cheese, place the avocado slices on top, garnish with arugula, and drizzle with a little of the remaining lemon juice if desired. Enjoy your meal!
