🍳 Avocado Bread with Curd Cheese and Arugula

Ingredients
- Organic Lemons 1 pc.
- Grainy cream cheese 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Arugula 50 g
- Avocado 2 pc.
- Rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with 1–2 tbsp lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the arugula and drain it well.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Then slice the avocado halves lengthwise into very thin slices, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the bread with the cream cheese, place the avocado slices on top, garnish with arugula, and drizzle with a little of the remaining lemon juice if desired. Enjoy your meal!
