Ingredients
- mushrooms, brown 250 g
- spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Pizza Margherita, frozen 4 pcs.
- salami sliced meat 150 g
- Parmesan, grated 80 g
- eggs 8 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms with a clean cloth and slice them into thin pieces.
- 3. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
- 4. Cut off the tough root ends of the spring onions.
- 5. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Place the frozen Margherita pizza on the prepared tray.
- 8. Distribute the salami over the pizza according to your taste.
- 9. Add the mushroom slices as another topping to the pizza.
- 10. Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
- 11. Crack an egg carefully and place it on the pizza.
- 12. Repeat this with a second egg so that each egg ends up on its own pizza.
- 13. Slide the pizzas into the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the pizzas for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 15. Take the pizzas out when the crust is golden brown and the egg is set.
- 16. Sprinkle the finished pizza with the prepared spring onion rings.
- 17. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy it.
