🍽️ Crispy Asian Cucumber Salad with Sesame Oil

Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers 8 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Organic limes 1 pcs.
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp.
- Chili, ground pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the cucumber.
- 3. Place two chopsticks crosswise on your cutting board.
- 4. Place the cucumber between the two chopsticks.
- 5. Slice the cucumber thinly, but do not cut all the way through.
- 6. Turn the cucumber around and slice it again at a slight angle.
- 7. Carefully remove the chopsticks.
- 8. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 9. Cut the lime in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 11. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to a large bowl.
- 12. Add two tablespoons of lime juice.
- 13. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl.
- 14. Add the chili and sugar.
- 15. Stir the ingredients for the dressing well.
- 16. Add the prepared cucumbers to the bowl.
- 17. Toss the cucumbers well with the dressing.
- 18. Let the salad marinate for about ten minutes.
- 19. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the finished salad.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
