Ingredients
- spring onions 0.5 bunch
- ginger, fresh 30 g
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- cilantro, fresh 10 g
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
- sunflower oil 100 ml
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Cut off the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
- 5. Mince the ginger and the garlic very finely.
- 6. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 7. Grate about one teaspoon of zest from the lime.
- 8. Cut the lime in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 10. Wash the coriander thoroughly.
- 11. Dry the coriander.
- 12. Chop the coriander finely.
- 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
- 14. Add soy sauce, honey, and oil.
- 15. Mix everything well together.
- 16. Season the marinade to taste with pepper.
- 17. Season the marinade to taste with cinnamon.
