  4. 4. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
  5. 5. Mince the ginger and the garlic very finely.
  6. 6. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  7. 7. Grate about one teaspoon of zest from the lime.
  8. 8. Cut the lime in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  10. 10. Wash the coriander thoroughly.
  11. 11. Dry the coriander.
  12. 12. Chop the coriander finely.
  13. 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
  14. 14. Add soy sauce, honey, and oil.
  15. 15. Mix everything well together.
  16. 16. Season the marinade to taste with pepper.
