Ingredients
- Party Shrimp 100 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs
- Ginger, fresh 10 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Pork mince 500 g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Eggs 1 pc
- Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Rapeseed oil 4 tbsp
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Peppers, red 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Clean the shrimp, pat dry, and chop finely. Peel the garlic and ginger, then dice them finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with ginger, garlic, ground meat, soy sauce, and egg. Knead in enough breadcrumbs until the mixture is moldable. Lightly salt and shape into small balls about 3 cm in diameter.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the meatballs in batches for about 8 minutes, then let them drain on paper towels.
- 4. Meanwhile, wash the spring onions, shake dry, trim the roots, and cut into pieces about 3 cm long. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into pieces of the same size.
- 5. Reheat the pan and sauté the spring onions and bell pepper pieces over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Skewer each meatball with a piece of spring onion and bell pepper. Enjoy your meal!
