  1. 1. Clean the shrimp, pat dry, and chop finely. Peel the garlic and ginger, then dice them finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with ginger, garlic, ground meat, soy sauce, and egg. Knead in enough breadcrumbs until the mixture is moldable. Lightly salt and shape into small balls about 3 cm in diameter.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the meatballs in batches for about 8 minutes, then let them drain on paper towels.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, wash the spring onions, shake dry, trim the roots, and cut into pieces about 3 cm long. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into pieces of the same size.
  5. 5. Reheat the pan and sauté the spring onions and bell pepper pieces over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Skewer each meatball with a piece of spring onion and bell pepper. Enjoy your meal!
