  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the broccoli.
  10. 10. Remove the tough stem at the bottom of the broccoli.
  11. 11. Break the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
  12. 12. Place the onion, garlic, and ginger into the mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 8.
  14. 14. Add the minced meat to the mixing bowl.
  15. 15. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  16. 16. Season with some pepper.
  17. 17. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
  18. 18. Shape the meat mixture into 16 small balls.
  19. 19. Place the prepared vegetables into the deep steaming insert.
  20. 20. Place the cooking insert into the mixing bowl.
  21. 21. Pour the rice into the cooking insert.
