  5. 5. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  6. 6. Heat a pan on a low setting.
  7. 7. Add the sesame seeds to the warm pan.
  8. 8. Roast the sesame seeds for about 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Take a separate bowl.
  10. 10. Pour the soy sauce into the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the Sriracha sauce.
  12. 12. Add the lime juice.
  13. 13. Whisk the liquids together well.
  14. 14. Get the oil ready.
  15. 15. Stir the oil in slowly in a thin stream.
  16. 16. Season the dressing with salt.
  17. 17. Season the dressing with pepper.
  18. 18. Season the dressing with sugar.
  19. 19. Pour the finished dressing over your salad.
  20. 20. Store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
