🍽️ Fruity and Spicy Asia Dressing

Ingredients
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- Organic limes 2 pc.
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- Sriracha sauce 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil 6 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the hard tips and root ends.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into very fine strips.
- 4. Cut the lime in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 6. Heat a pan on a low setting.
- 7. Add the sesame seeds to the warm pan.
- 8. Roast the sesame seeds for about 2 minutes.
- 9. Take a separate bowl.
- 10. Pour the soy sauce into the bowl.
- 11. Add the Sriracha sauce.
- 12. Add the lime juice.
- 13. Whisk the liquids together well.
- 14. Get the oil ready.
- 15. Stir the oil in slowly in a thin stream.
- 16. Season the dressing with salt.
- 17. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 18. Season the dressing with sugar.
- 19. Pour the finished dressing over your salad.
- 20. Store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
