  1. 1. Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the white cabbage, cut it into quarters and remove the hard core.
  3. 3. Cut the white cabbage into thin strips.
  4. 4. Rinse the leek under running water.
  5. 5. Cut off the root end of the leek.
  6. 6. Dry the leek thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the leek into thin strips or rings.
  8. 8. Put the white cabbage, the leek, the ginger and the spices in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  10. 10. Knead the mixture well for approx. 1 to 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Set the bowl aside.
  12. 12. Put the jam, the mayonnaise and the curry powder in a separate bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients well together.
  14. 14. Add the remaining soy sauce.
  15. 15. Finally, season the sauce with the soy sauce.
  16. 16. Peel the pineapple.
  17. 17. Cut the pineapple into four slices.
  18. 18. Remove the hard core from the pineapple slices.
  19. 19. Peel the garlic.
  20. 20. Finely chop the garlic.
  21. 21. Wash the coriander.
  22. 22. Take half of the coriander.
  23. 23. Finely chop this half of the coriander.
  24. 24. Put the minced meat in a bowl.
  25. 25. Add the chopped coriander and the garlic to the minced meat.
  26. 26. Knead the ingredients well together.
  27. 27. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  28. 28. Form four patties (meatballs) from the mixture.
  29. 29. Put oil in a frying pan.
  30. 30. Heat the oil on medium to high heat.
  31. 31. Fry the patties in the pan for approx. 3 to 4 minutes on both sides.
  32. 32. Take the patties out of the pan.
  33. 33. Keep the patties warm.
  34. 34. Place the pineapple slices in the pan.
  35. 35. Fry the pineapple in the pan juices for approx. 1 minute on each side.
  36. 36. Halve the burger buns.
  37. 37. Toast the buns briefly on the grill or in the toaster.
  38. 38. Spread the curry mayonnaise on the buns.
  39. 39. Place the pineapple on the bottom halves of the buns.
  40. 40. Place the patties on the pineapple.
  41. 41. Distribute the cabbage salad on the patties.
  42. 42. Place the top halves of the buns on top.
