🍰 French Toast with Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- Brioche loaf 1 pc.
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Milk 200 ml
- Butter 3 tbsp.
- Raspberry jam 4 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Cut the brioche into slices that are about 2 to 3 centimeters thick.
- 2. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them well.
- 3. Pour the milk into a second bowl.
- 4. Dip the brioche slices into the milk for about 1 to 2 seconds first.
- 5. Then dip the slices briefly into the egg mixture so they are moist but not soaked.
- 6. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Fry the brioche slices for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 8. Arrange the French toast on plates.
- 9. Decorate the dish with raspberry jam and serve it.
