🍰 Classic French Toast with Fresh Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Milk 250 ml
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Toast Bread 8 slices
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Strawberries 400 g
- Whipping Cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Take a medium-sized bowl.
- 2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar to the bowl.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients vigorously with a whisk until well combined.
- 4. Dip the toast slices into the egg mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5. Take a large frying pan.
- 6. Melt half of the butter in the pan.
- 7. Carefully place half of the soaked bread slices into the hot pan.
- 8. Fry the bread slices on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
- 9. Remove the finished slices from the pan.
- 10. Melt the remaining butter in the same pan.
- 11. Fry the remaining bread slices until golden brown as well.
- 12. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 13. Place the washed strawberries into a bowl.
- 14. Mash the strawberries roughly using a potato masher.
- 15. Take a medium-sized bowl for the cream.
- 16. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer.
- 17. Arrange the French toast on the plates.
- 18. Top the French toast with the mashed strawberries.
- 19. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- 20. Enjoy your meal!
