Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Milk 300 ml
- Cinnamon pinch
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Icing sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them. Pour the milk into a second bowl and mix it with cinnamon. Dip the toast slices briefly (about 1-2 seconds) first into the milk and then into the eggs, ensuring they are moist but not soaked.
- 2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the toast slices for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Peel the bananas, slice them, and arrange them on plates with the French toast. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
