🍰 Apple Strudel in Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- Apples, red 6 pcs
- Lemons 1 pc
- Cinnamon pinch
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp
- Raisins 80 g
- Puff pastry 1 pc
- Powdered sugar 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 4. Remove the core and seeds.
- 5. Cut the apple pieces into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the lemon.
- 7. Cut the lemon in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 9. Place the apple pieces in a bowl.
- 10. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 11. Add cinnamon.
- 12. Add sugar.
- 13. Mix everything well.
- 14. Add the raisins.
- 15. Mix the raisins well with the apple mixture.
- 16. Roll out the puff pastry.
- 17. Distribute the apple-raisin mixture evenly over the pastry.
- 18. Leave a border of about five centimeters free.
- 19. Fold in the short sides of the pastry.
- 20. Roll the puff pastry tightly.
- 21. Place the strudel with the seam side down on a baking tray.
- 22. Use a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 23. Bake the strudel in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 24. Bake the strudel until golden brown.
- 25. Take the apple strudel out of the oven.
- 26. Sprinkle the strudel with powdered sugar.
- 27. Cut the strudel into pieces while still warm.
- 28. Serve the strudel.
