  2. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the apples into quarters.
  4. 4. Remove the core and seeds.
  5. 5. Cut the apple pieces into small cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the lemon.
  7. 7. Cut the lemon in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  9. 9. Place the apple pieces in a bowl.
  10. 10. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  11. 11. Add cinnamon.
  12. 12. Add sugar.
  13. 13. Mix everything well.
  14. 14. Add the raisins.
  15. 15. Mix the raisins well with the apple mixture.
  16. 16. Roll out the puff pastry.
  17. 17. Distribute the apple-raisin mixture evenly over the pastry.
  18. 18. Leave a border of about five centimeters free.
  19. 19. Fold in the short sides of the pastry.
  20. 20. Roll the puff pastry tightly.
  21. 21. Place the strudel with the seam side down on a baking tray.
  22. 22. Use a baking tray lined with baking paper.
