Ingredients
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 350 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Apples, red 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, flour, milk, and baking powder until smooth. Peel, wash, quarter, and core the apples. Cut the quarters lengthwise in half, then slice them crosswise. Stir these into the batter.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, use a spoon to form small pancakes and fry them until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
